SlotoRodo Casino Account Terms
Terms and conditions are not there to catch you out. The casino account terms at SlotoRodo exist to set clear expectations on both sides — what players can expect from the platform, and what the platform requires in return. Read this document before you register.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the following conditions to open an account at SlotoRodo.
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher.
- You are not a resident of a country where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from SlotoRodo.
SlotoRodo reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review.
2. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
During registration you must provide accurate personal information. Entering false details — including a name, date of birth, or address that does not match your identity documents — is a breach of these casino account terms and may result in account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. SlotoRodo will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your password.
3. Identity Verification
SlotoRodo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with applicable regulations. Verification may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary.
Accepted documents typically include:
- Government-issued photo identification (passport, national identity card, or driving licence).
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of payment method where required.
Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. Providing falsified documents is a serious violation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. SlotoRodo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately, though processing times may differ for certain methods.
SlotoRodo does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply charges. Check your provider’s terms before depositing.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. If that method is unavailable, an alternative may be used subject to verification.
Standard processing times are as follows:
- E-wallets: up to 24 hours after approval.
- Bank transfers: 3 to 5 business days after approval.
- Cards: 2 to 5 business days after approval.
SlotoRodo reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before releasing funds. Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in the cashier and may vary by method.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses offered by SlotoRodo are subject to individual promotion terms. These terms include, but are not limited to, eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry periods.
Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
SlotoRodo may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
7. Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Each promotion states its own requirement.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is listed in the relevant promotion’s terms.
If a bonus expires before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Cash balances are not affected.
8. Games and Fair Play
All games available at SlotoRodo use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Results are independently tested to ensure fairness.
Players must not use any software, bot, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage. Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
In the event of a technical fault during a game round, all affected bets may be voided. SlotoRodo’s decision in such cases is final.
9. Responsible Gambling
SlotoRodo is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Session time reminders.
- Temporary self-exclusion.
- Permanent account closure on request.
To activate any of these tools, contact customer support or visit the responsible gambling section of your account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
If gambling is causing financial or personal difficulties, independent support is available from organisations such as GamCare and GamblersAnonymous.
10. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — no login, deposit, or withdrawal during that period.
Once an account is classified as dormant, a monthly inactivity fee may be deducted from any remaining balance, up to the point the balance reaches zero. SlotoRodo will notify the account holder by email before fees begin.
To reactivate a dormant account, log in and complete any outstanding verification steps. Reactivated accounts are subject to the current version of these casino account terms.
11. Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact SlotoRodo customer support in the first instance. Provide your account details and a clear description of the issue. Most disputes are resolved within 72 hours.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified in your jurisdiction. SlotoRodo will cooperate fully with any such process.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any unresolved legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relevant to the operating licence under which SlotoRodo holds authorisation.
